The Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) will give viewers around the state a “behind-the-scenes” look into Spring City Electrical Manufacturing Company. The Chester County-based business will be featured on an upcoming episode of “PCN Tours” which is slated to air Sunday, April 3 at 8:00 p.m.
For over 168 years, the Spring City Electrical Manufacturing Company has been designing, crafting and making cast iron and cast aluminum lampposts and fixtures for outdoor use. Outdoor decorative street lighting, historical reproductions as well as custom pieces for clocks, street signs and traffic lights are created at this facility.
To meet the need for more energy-efficient lighting options, Spring City also manufactures LED lighting systems and a custom LED conversion kit for existing outdoor lighting pieces.
