The Russell Senate Office Building first opened its doors in 1909. The architecture of the office building was kept very simple to avoid any distraction from the Capitol. Over the years, the building has undergone several additions and necessary upgrades. Spring City worked with the Architect of the Capitol to recreate the historical luminaires that were a part of the original design. When visiting the building today, you will find this Spring City custom design illuminating the surrounding streetscape!
