We are focus on growing our lighting sales, and strengthening the brand in within the US. We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer.
The responsibilities of this individual will include:
Increasing market share through technical sales with and without independent sales reps.
Clearly and eloquently present solutions to customers as well as senior management.
Train, motivate, & manage independent sales rep force in the Mid-West & South East.
Participate in direct sales efforts in the Mid-West & South East.
Communicating growth opportunities to the factory based on market demands.
Cultivate relationships with key specifiers and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Have an in-depth technical knowledge of LED lighting, AGI32 experience, AutoCAD experience, and problem solving skills.
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills to influence decision makers; end users, independent reps, contractors, distributors, architects, & engineers.
Dynamic presenter
Have the ability to strategically approach opportunities and mange the project from cradle to grave.
Ability to sell technical solutions while leveraging Spring City's strengths into specifications.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
3-10 years experience in the lighting field with engineering & sales experience.
May include some travel, and work from the factory in Spring City, PA.
The responsibilities of this individual will include:
Knock out cores from castings
Operate skid loader to clean up sand from knock out floor & fill dumpsters
Operate skid loader to deliver sand to molding lines
Operate skid loader, preperator, and muller to prepare green sand for molding
Operate the BMM machine to make molds
Operate the forklift to load the BMM machine with flasks & boards
Unload the mold from the machine and place mold on floor
Spray iron molds with mold coat
Retrieve and set cores in molds
Set copes on drags
Clamp molds and set bars as required
Operate skid loader to scrape sand from concrete pads outside
General housekeeping on flask storage area
Operate forklift to pull & return patterns and coreboxes from storage areas
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Ability to safely operate forklift, skid loader
Operate and setup sand preparator and muller
Ability to safely operate hoists
Ability to operate BMM machine
Ability to swing sledgehammers
Ability to lift 100lbs
