The Fore River Bridge spans the Fore River between Quincy and Weymouth, Massachusetts. In order to accommodate for the 32,000+ daily vehicles along with marine traffic a vertical lift bridge was in order. To match the industrial design of the bridge this custom-made luminaire was designed by the prominent lighting designer, Domingo Gonzalez. This pier mounted, octangular luminaire is found mounted at both sides of this bridge.
