Recently, a complete restoration project took place at the New Jersey State Capital, a structure dating back to 1792 and ranking as the third oldest continuously operational statehouse in the country. The objective of this restoration was to recapture the building's grandeur from the early 1900s, when it underwent expansion.

A close collaboration was upheld between Spring City, the architect, and the lighting designer throughout the entirety of the project. Working solely from photographs, Spring City undertook the task of crafting custom fixtures, poles, crossarms, and wall brackets for this restoration project. Spring City initiated the process by creating a 3D model using modern technology to depict the design's details. The physical prototype enabled both the architect and the lighting designer to comprehensively visualize the design and make any necessary adjustments. Following the final approval of the 3D model, Spring City generated a scaled 2D cutout. This cutout aids in comprehending the actual scale at the future installation site and ensures that the products align with the desired aesthetic. Spring City's methodical approach guarantees that customers receive products that surpass their expectations while simultaneously nurturing a collaborative team relationship, rather than a traditional customer/vendor dynamic, thereby fostering a strong partnership.
