Rollins College is setting a new standard for college living with their Lakeside Neighborhood. Centering around community and personal wellness it offers student lavish student apartments along with outdoor meeting areas, and a pool. Spring City Yorktown and William & Mary Medium dark sky luminaires line the living space near the pool and on the outside areas of the dorm. As seen on the nighttime photography the dark sky luminaires eliminate up lighting around both the dorms located on the second and third level but also help reduce the overall light pollution in the area, retaking the night.
